Alongside a comprehensive and ever-expanding portfolio of Apprenticeship programmes to help you to develop your skills, you will also be able to access our Learning Hub. This contains a wide variety of bite-size e-learning modules, including basic induction, diversity, inclusive leadership, health, safety and wellbeing through to more structured ‘Essentials’ programmes for our managers and leaders. Our programmes are reviewed regularly as we continue to grow and encourage employees to always improve.  

We identify and support talent across the business with annual development plans, and progression opportunities with our Ascend Management and Leadership Programme providing development and support for all levels of management, from level 2 to level 7.
